As an independent online-retailer the Government are permitting - and indeed, encouraging - us to remain open,
in order to provide goods and services to everyone who is following advice and staying at home.
We would like you to know adjustments to our order handling procedures have been in place since the beginning of the Covid-19
outbreak, along with increased hygiene practices and physical distancing measures to help prevent the spread of any infection.
Everything we are doing is in line with guidance from Public Health England and the UK Government.
We are regularly checking in with our colleagues to make sure they are comfortable with health and safety practices and their
working environment, and that they are content to continue to come in to fulfil orders.
This is our top-priority and so long as they are happy and it remains safe to stay open (and we are allowed to do so),
we will carry on providing you with the best service we can!
Once your order is dispatched, it will be in the hands of one of our carriers.
There is a small possibility some parcels could be delayed.
Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD are working round the clock, to ensure shipments are delivered within specified time frames,
however, increased workload and more rigorous sanitisation and social distancing standards across their networks are
occasionally resulting in backlogs.
99% of our orders are sent with a tracking reference, which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
